Councillor for Eltham North Ward

Charlie is London Assembly Candidate for Greenwich and Lewisham. He was elected to the council in a by-election in 2016 and again in the 2018 local elections as a Councillor for the Eltham North ward; where he has spent most of his life.

matt hartley

Matt Hartley

Matt has served as a councillor for Coldharbour & New Eltham since 2014, and spent five years as the Leader of Greenwich Conservatives between 2015 and 2020.  He stood as the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Greenwich & Woolwich in 2015 and for Eltham in 2017.

Roger Tester

Roger was elected to be a councillor for Coldharbour and New Eltham in the 2018 elections and serves as Opposition Spokesperson for Health and Social Care.  He runs a local business in the area and has served as Chairman of the Greenwich Conservative Federation since 2017.

Nigel Fletcher

Nigel was elected as Leader of Greenwich Conservatives in April 2020 and became Leader of the Opposition on Greenwich Council the following month.  In addition to his role he was elected to serve as Councillor for Eltham South ward in the 2018 elections, having previously served on Greenwich Coun

Geoffrey Brighty

Geoff has been a Conservative Councillor in Greenwich since 1982 and has represented Blackheath Westcombe Ward, where he has lived most of his life, since 2006.

matt clare

Matt Clare

Matt has been serving on Greenwich Council on behalf of Eltham South since 2010, and was re-elected in 2014 and 2018.  He serves as the Shadow Cabinet Member for Transport and the Environment, taking a keen interest in public transport issues and developing local greening projects.

 

spencer drury

Spencer Drury

Spencer is a married father of two teenage children who lives on the Eltham side of Shooters Hill. Spencer was first elected to Council in 2002 and has served on Greenwich Council as a Councillor for Eltham North ward since that time.

pat greenwell

Pat Greenwell

Pat was elected as one of three councillors for Eltham South in 2018. She has served as a councillor previously and was the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care in another authority.

john hills

John Hills

John was first elected to Greenwich council in 2000, when he won a by-election and has continued to be re-elected on five consecutive occasions between 2002 and 2018; in total serving his local community for 18 years and being part of a team of three ward members since 2002.
