On Monday 19th December GLA candidate for Greenwich and Lewisham Cllr Alex Wilson joined Conservative Group Leader Cllr Spencer Drury in attending the annual presentation of Christmas Hampers to low income families by the New Wine Church, based in Woolwich.

Cllr Alex Wilson was joined by Greenwich Federation Chairman Malcolm Reid to help hand out Boris Oyster Card Holders and speak to local train users.

On Wednesday last week Eltham North Committee member Janet Clark was one of a lucky few who got to meet Mayor of London Boris Johnson and discuss the important issues of the day. Janet won the prize as a result of donating £12 to the Back Boris re-election campaign. Janet said "It was very interesting to meet Boris and to hear about plans first hand".
