Labour Council ignore residents concerns over phone masts

Shooters Hill conservatives recently met with local residents over concerns they had over the increase in phone masts. The residents felt that their views were constantly being dismissed by the council. Planning permission was recently granted for even more powerful telecommunications equipment to be placed on the masts, even though residential properties are just metres away.

Shooters Hill candidate Mo Burgess said “this is an issue that resonates with everyone on Shooters Hill. People feel as if their views are being ignored. I have lived on Shooters Hill for thirty years, and I share their frustration. It is time we had politicians who listened to their constituents."
