West Greenwich estates blighted by fly tipping

Local Conservatives are concerned about the Council’s failure to remove rubbish dumped by fly-tippers and Labour’s Cleansweep Department has come in for damning criticism after calls requesting the removal of litter and fly-tipping were again ignored. Local Conservatives again found rubbish that had been dumped in two of the Estates in West Greenwich.

These Estates regularly see fly-tipping with mattresses, fridges, old cookers and abandoned cars mysteriously appearing. Furthermore requests for the roads to be swept after the weekly rubbish collection (you know it makes sense!) were again ignored by the Council.
