London Assembly - result

The results of Thursday's London Assembly elections were announced today, and the Conservatives are the largest party represented.  The new make up of the Assembly is Conservative 9, Labour 7 (down 2) Liberal Democrat 5 (up 1) Green 2 (down 1) and UK Independence 2 (up 2).

In the Greenwich and Lewisham constituency, Gareth Bacon consolidated our second place, and cut the Labour majority by nearly 4,000 votes.
