Conservative councillor leads campaign to keep Eltham South tidy

Conservative councillor Matt Clare is leading a campaign to keep Eltham South ward tidy. On regular ward walks he has already identified problem areas such as the bus stop on Court Road , Messeter Place and Elm Terrace behind shops on Eltham High Street.

Matt has lobbied Greenwich Council and already new bins have been put in place in a number of locations thanks to his campaigning, he has also called for a new litter bin to be placed at the bus stop opposite Mottingham station, to encourage people not to throw rubbish into the hedges around the entrance of the Tarn.

Matt will continue to highlight areas blighted by litter - if you are annoyed by the level of litter where you live or think a new litter bin would help, contact Cllr Matt Clare on matt.clare@greenwich.gov.uk
