Conservatives meet Charlton’s police team

Local Conservatives met with Charlton's Safer Neighbourhood Team to discuss antisocial behaviour problems in and around Charlton Station. The purpose of the meeting was to relay the concerns residents have expressed to Charlton's Conservative Action Team onto the police. Louis McLean-Wait, Richard Shackleton and James Garry organised the meeting after consulting residents of Delafield Road and Sundorne Road who said that they feel that safety could be improved around the Station. Other issues which Charlton's Action Team discussed with the police were fly-tipping, concerns over the Bramshot Avenue/Siebert Road underpass and antisocial behaviour. Louis McLean-Wait commented: “The Conservatives are  committed to making Charlton safer by working with the police.”
